Shooting, Raiding & Killing

1. Do not RDM (Random Death Match)
2. You may kill someone if they pass your KOS line.
3. Do not raid a house that has a building sign.
4. Do not mug the same person twice in under 10 minutes.
5. Do not raid the same person twice in under 10 minutes.
6. Do not carjack the same person twice in under 10 minutes.
7. You must advert carjack if you are carjacking a car.
8. You are not allowed to mug Hobos.
9. You must advert the name of the player you are mugging.
10. You must give a minimum of 10 seconds for the person you are mugging to respond.
11. Raids cannot last longer then 5 minutes.
12. Non government officials can be killed on sight in the nexus basement.
13. Counter raiding is NOT allowed.
14. You cannot attack someone because they attacked a member of your organization.
